I recently noticed a strange smell coming from the water in my bathroom sink. When I investigated further, to my horror I discovered a dead animal in my cold water tank. I called Acquiesce who provided a reasonable quote to do the job. The engineer they sent (Mark) did an extremely thorough job and was helpful, friendly and informative throughout, giving me great confidence that the job would be done to the highest of standards. Great company to deal with - was recommended by a friend and they were everything he said they would be - communicative, punctual, courteous and wrote a 5* water risk assessment for our wedding venue as well as told us the practical solutions to our issues. Completed a legionella risk assessment for us at short notice, then rectified the issues they found within 24 hours. Cannot recommend enough. Took some water samples for us when our water was discoloured. Found the problem straight away and sorted this out for us. Price much cheaper than we had expected.
