Your Legal Duties under L8

As a person responsible for the Health & Safety of employees or customers in a building, and with so many changes to Health & Safety law in terms of updates and new legislation, it can be hard to keep on top of all your statuary requirements.

Landlord legionella risk assessment

Smoke Alarm Detectors & Carbon Monoxide Detectors in Rented Properties

HSE Legal duties for Legionella Control
